Our Residents

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our residency program, the Zucker School of Medicine, and Northwell Health believe that we create a more educational program for our trainees, and that we take better care of our patients, by promoting the full and fair participation of all individuals—particularly those who are historically under-represented in medicine. To that end, we have strong trainee women in medicine and diversity, equity, and inclusion committees that foster inclusive environments through resident mentorship programs, community outreach initiatives, and educational sessions.
